Meat Rub Blend

This spice/rub has all the flavour you need in one small jar. It will make all your taste buds tingle. Use it as a rub or as spice on all kinds of meat and veggies.

HINT: Use mature steak and pour some Boepensie extra virgin olive oil over. Take some delicious all-rounder spice and rub it onto the meat on both sides. Leave it for at least half an hour to rest. Fry it in a pan with Boepensie olive oil on low heat or on the fire. Enjoy warm.You can sprinkle it over avocado and tomato on toast as a delicious snack.
